Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased from. To request a refund:
Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com Google Play — request a refundSaluPaws uses the WSAVA/NRC veterinary formula: RER (Resting Energy Requirement) = 70 × weight(kg)⁰·⁷⁵, multiplied by a K-factor based on your dog's age, neutered status, and breed. The result is adjusted for your dog's activity level. Always check with your vet for dogs with medical conditions.
iPhone: go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → SaluPaws and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android: open the Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SaluPaws → Cancel.
You'll keep premium access until the end of the billing period. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf as billing is managed by Apple or Google.
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data (dog profiles, food logs, weight history) within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through your device's subscription settings. The Family plan supports up to 5 dog profiles. The free and Companion plans support one dog profile.
No. SaluPaws provides nutritional guidance based on established veterinary formulas, but it is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult your vet for dogs with health conditions, unusual weight changes, or specific dietary needs.
