SaluPaws is a dog nutrition and health tracking application operated by SaluPaws ("we", "us", "our"). The app is available on iOS via the Apple App Store and on Android via Google Play.
By creating an account or using SaluPaws, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must create an account to use SaluPaws. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days.
SaluPaws offers a free plan and two premium subscription plans:
Current pricing is displayed in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed through the store you purchased from — your Apple ID via the App Store, or your Google account via Google Play. Payment is charged to that account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SaluPaws. Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SaluPaws.
We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment card details.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund: Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play — request a refund from Google.
SaluPaws provides nutritional guidance based on standard veterinary formulas (WSAVA/NRC guidelines). The calorie targets, recommendations, and AI Coach responses provided by SaluPaws are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
Always consult a qualified veterinarian before making significant changes to your dog's diet, especially if your dog has a medical condition, is pregnant, or is very young or old.

SaluPaws and all content, logos, and software within it are the property of SaluPaws and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaluPaws is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any health outcomes for your dog.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using SaluPaws and delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of SaluPaws after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
