Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your SaluPaws account and all data

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All of your data is removed — there is no recovery period once deletion completes.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

  1. Open SaluPaws and sign in
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. All associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email us from the email address registered to your account:

support@salupaws.app — subject: "Account deletion request"

We will verify the request and confirm once deletion is complete, normally within 7 days of your request.

What gets deleted

What is retained

We retain only what the law requires — for example, financial transaction records (kept for 7 years for tax purposes). These contain no app data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Cancel first:
